Are any of the rooms furnished?
No — our units are unfurnished. You bring your own bedroom furniture. The shared spaces (kitchen, living room, dining area) are part of the unit but not furnished either. What’s included in every unit is a washer and dryer, and most units come with a refrigerator. Unfurnished gives you the flexibility to set up your room the way you want it.
What do I need to submit an application?
Three things: a government-issued photo ID, proof of UNC Charlotte enrollment or income, and rental history if you have it. No rental history is fine — a lot of our applicants are renting for the first time. The application fee is $50 per person. If you’re using a co-signer, they’ll need to complete their own $50 application. The fee is refundable within 5 business days if we haven’t started processing your application yet.
